You'll notice that the tools we use tend to be free. This isn't because we're cheap: when people charge for software, it often becomes over-protected and stale.

Plus, it gives us geek points. We're proud of having learned to use the tools we use – it takes time and understanding. They let us leverage the hard work of others in the software development community for the benefit of our clients.
