Flexibility

For our money, Ruby provides flexibility. Flexibility to change, add and remove functionality from web projects quickly, to reflect changing business requirements. It is our preferred language.

Ruby on Rails is our preferred framework, though we keep a close eye on Merb (soon to be merged with Rails) and Sinatra, the ultra-lightweight Ruby framework for winners.
